From pharma, to travel, to banks, to beauty, to telecommunications, to FMCGs, Eirma brings over 17 years of regional experience in copy and art direction at agencies that include BBH Asia Pacific, Leo Burnett and McCann.

An award-winning creative, Eirma started her career as a Copywriter, writing for brands like Snapple, StarHub and DBS. A career revelation at roughly the 4-year mark made her realise that perhaps art was her truer calling.

Since then, she has been solving communication challenges and created desire for some of the world’s best brands that span across B2C and B2B. These brands include IKEA, Bloomberg Television, British Airways, SK-II, Citibank, and Levi’s.

At McCann, Eirma led the creative output for Mastercard while co-leading the creative department. Here she helped the agency won Gold for Singapore Creative Agency of the Year at Campaign’s Agency of the Year 2020 awards.

Now at TBWA Singapore, she leads regional accounts for Spotify and IKEA.
